Canada’s Wonderland donated 300 tickets to PWA! We are thrilled and grateful to receive the donation, in order to be fair, PWA will be conducting 2 raffles this year for your chance at receiving tickets. One Raffle will be held for members with children 17 years old and under and another raffle for all other PWA members.

For a chance to receive Wonderland Tickets you must first register for the draw.

Registration can be done in person at PWA or by e-mail. No telephone registration please.

TO REGISTER IN PERSON:

Visit the Service Access Workstation at PWA between Monday June 3^rd to Friday June 24. Complete the Wonderland ballot and submit it to the Service Access Volunteer.

TO REGISTER BY EMAIL:

Please email cgodi@pwatoronto.org; in your email please include:

• Your full name (as is appears in the data base), phone number, date of birth
• Please include ‘Wonderland’ in the subject of your email.
• The number of your dependent children aged 17 and under registered to you.

CONDITIONS:

• If you are chosen for the raffle, tickets will be provided based on how many registered dependents you have on file. Two tickets will be provided to you and one for each dependent child.
• If you are chosen to receive tickets and have dependents that are not registered with PWA, you will need to provide the necessary documentation (example: long form birth certificate, OW/ODSP verification). For further details, please contact Chris at ext. 261 or by e-mail at cgodi@pwatoronto.org
• Winners will be notified on Friday June 24^th, 2024
• Tickets must be picked up before July 1^st ,2024!
• Unclaimed tickets will go into the 2^nd

All PWA (HIV+) members who do not have children are eligible to enter the draw for a chance to win Wonderland Tickets. (2 per person).
