Please note that upon completing the New Membership form and the Renew Membership form you will receive an automated email which serves as official confirmation of membership with the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation.
As a member you can:
- Access to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Stay informed of PWA events, activities and achievements/opportunities to engage in our work through our newsletter, e-blasts, annual report, and notices of our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Membership is FREE to everyone.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be happening on Wednesday November 6, 2024, Doors will open at 5:00pm at 163 Queen Street East, 4th floor or on Zoom (REGISTER HERE).
Closer to the meeting date, we will send you the agenda, minutes from last year and audited financial statements.
You may renew your Membership up to the time of the meeting, however, only those voting members who have renewed their voting membership at least 30 days prior to a members meeting are eligible to vote.
The membership by-law applies to everyone. Being a client, volunteer, or board member does not mean your membership is active or automatically renewed. All voting memberships are valid for a 1 year/12-month period.
Renewal notices are sent out in advance of the AGM with an invitation to renew.
